Shop and Crop Scrapbooking May Second DT Reveal

Hello there!

Today I wanted to share a couple of projects I created as part of my May DT work at Shop and Crop Scrapbooking using the super cute  "Carta Bella It's a Boy" Collection.  When I received my DT kit I thought oh this will be a challenge as only having a girl......but in saying that it was a fun challenge.  So because I don't have any boys in my life to scrap I decided on something a little different and altered a Kaiser all purpose Box and made a card to match!

I painted the box with a couple of coats of gesso, and then adhered the papers to the pieces and constructed the box.  It was then time to embellish it, with lots of stickers from the collection pack, some gorgeous Baby Wood Veneers I received in my DT kit and finished it off with a few white flowers from my stash.

A couple of close ups.....

My second project is a sweet matching card!

I have used white card for the square base and layered it up using lots of left over cuts from the kit, added some matching stickers which I mounted to give it a little more dimension also and finished the card off with a little wood veneer onesie from my DT kit and a couple of white flowers from my stash.

Here's some close ups of the card....

Well that's all from me today, I do hope you liked these two projects I shared with you and hopefully inspired you all to get a little crafty!!
Until next time, thanks so much for stopping by........also if you would like a little discount to use in the Shop and Crop store remember to use this code TR5 to get $5 off your purchase!!
