Paper Rose Studio July DT Share 2

Hi there!

Today I have the last of my DT projects for July to share for Paper Rose Studio.  I have altered a Mini Kaisercraft Frame.

Everyday Hero Step x Step Cards - 2 Crafty Chipboard

Hi there!

Just popping in today to share some cards I created for the 2 Crafty Chipboard Design Team.  I have a short step x step photo tutorial for how I created these cards. I'm stepping right out of my comfort zone with these cards - not a flower in sight!

2 Crafty Chipboard Used:

*6" Messy Square Frames

*Giant Gears

*Corner Steampunk 5

I have used the awesome Celebra8 Everyday Hero for these cards.  I created the bases for my cards by using lots of paper layers of patterned paper and cardstock.

I painted the Messy Square Frames using Colour Blast Leather Texture Paste.

The Corner Steampunk 5 chippies have been coloured by painting on some Distress Ink Frayed Burlap Ink.

Once all my chippie pieces were dry I attached them to the base cards.

I then tucked a couple of each of the Giant Gears in and around the other chippie pieces.

I finished off each card by adding layers of fussy cut elements.

Great Memories Layout - 2 Crafty Chipboard

Hi there!

Can you believe we are in July already!  Today I'm sharing a layout I created for the 2 Crafty Chipboard Design Team.

2 Crafty Chipboard Used:

*Foliage Set 11

*Circle Dot Frames

*Mini Title Stick Set 1

*2023's

I used the beautiful Paper Rose Studio Morning Memories Paper Collection for the base of my layout.

I added a few paper layers to the centre of my base page and then my photo.  I used the Dot Circle Frame Chippies which I kept raw - tucking the larger one under my photo and the smaller one I cut in half and tucked one of each of the pieces into the top and bottom paper layers.

I created a couple of embellishments clusters to the top left and bottom right of my photo using assorted flowers and fussy cut elements.

I painted a couple of the Titles from the Mini Stick Set, Foliage 11 and a 2023 Title all with Interior Silver Leaf Paint.  Once dry I tucked the Foliage chippies in amongst the embellishment clusters.  I added the Great Memories Title to the top of my photo and the Simple Moments to the bottom.  I added the 2023 title along the top right of my page.

To finish I randomly splashed on some Night Gloss Spray.
